You did a great job with the shot. (And God did a great job on those luscious shades of green.)

I like this photo very much. It is an over-done subject, but this is an excellent new way of displaying it. The colors remind me of the holidays. If you sell your work, you might consider offering it to a travel company or greeting card company.

Shot of a lifetime. And to think people still ask why I'll never leave the Texas Gulf Coast. Just one question -- where'd you get the starfish? ;)

Just shy of perfection. I'd have shopped out that rust streak on the sign . . . but then maybe that would have made it too perfect.
(I think I've driven that road. Is it anywhere near Manasquan? ;)

I shot a similar photo of the sun setting behind Gleis 9 from further inside that same station in '85. But nothing like this.

Galleria at noon? I like it very much. And the blast reflection at right it just fine; it balances the photo and shows the worn surface texture of the ice.

I do marketing for a weather forecasting company so I'm am constantly reviewing dramatic weather photos. This is one of the best I've ever seen due to the complexity and contrast. Please tell me, though, why did you feel the need to compress it horizontally?

I'm curious -- how did you mount the lens of the 4300 to the telescope? Did you use the eyepiece or a special mount?

More so than any other photo I've ever seen, reminds me of my youth in the area . . . Kerrville, Bandera, New Braunfels, etc.
Great job.

You shot this with a G1? How cold was it? I didn't think a Powershot would work when it was that cold. As for the photo -- great work. It reminds me of why I won't be climbing Everest any time soon. ;)

Very nice. I thought at first it must have been a digital. Great story, trail for the eye to follow. Hope you had a sweater.
