Unless I am mistaken, she was put into this shot digitally, if this is not the case please disregard what I have to say...
Its an overcast day, there is no hard light anywhere in his scene, so there should be a very soft shadow behind her, barely even there, however there should be more of a drop shadow directly under her feet tying her down to the ground because as it stands she looks like shes floating.

Reminds me of that shot by Henri Cartier Bresson of the man jumping and about to land in water...
Taken at the perfect moment.

I really like the tones you got in the sky, that looks great.
I think it would be stronger if you moved to the left a ways to get the moon out from behind the tree, it just looks kind of odd to me back there. Also maybe get rid of the small tree, it kind of distracting. And I wouldnt cut off the side of the tree.
I really like the look of the image and the idea you were going for, I just think it could be better.
Hope this helped, best of luck, and happy new year(almost).

First let me say you did a great job on the panning keeping him in perfect focus. Personally there just isnt enough going on in it, it looks like he's just on a straighaway? Maybe try and get him leaning over in a turn heading towards you if you can.

liberal use of the replace color tool? not very neatly done at all, and the softening is kind of tacky in my opinion.
Good posing at least, I think I would like the shot a lot more without any of the processing and she is a very pretty model with a catching eye.
