The Epsons are still the most popular choice out there. But both HP and Canon have come out with recent models that have garnered some very good reviews.
For this kind of info you probably want to visit the epson large format group: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/EpsonWideFormat/

The 3010 WILL WORK ON A UNICOLOR UNIROLLER. What you should do is disable the mechanism that inverts rotation. Let it spin one way and you'll be ok. Try to have the roller rest on a level surface to avoid the drum falling off the base: been there, done that (still remember seeing the thing falling to the floor in horror.)

For Bosscreen try: http://www.bromwellmarketing.com/
An alternative may be the Maxwell: Maxwell Precision Optics (404) 244-0095. The Maxwell I think uses a fresnel and is supposed to be excellent (but not cheap).
Furthermore I believe Linhof itself has their version of bright screen, some search here will surely bring them up.
Personally I use the bosscreen and I'm quite happy with it.

Used to own one. Good lens overall. Pros: small, sharp, decent coverage. Cons: slow (dark viewing on the gg), single coated (not a big deal IMO), and heavy (despite being small).
I ended up with the f5.6 version mainly because I really found it pretty hard to compose in low light.

Silvestri 6x tilting loupe. The only loupe I know that allows you to get to the corners of the gg. 80 bucks at B&H, worth every penny.

Shen-Hao has the standard graflok back, that should mean that yes you should be able to. But I've never tried myself. If you get no answers here post this question at the Shen-Hao usergroup: http://www.theplaceforpix.com/SHUG/index.php

These guys sometimes have large format stuff for sale. The sell on ebay as well as the local shows. Send them a note, they may have something of interest.
