On flash micro softbox in Lighting Equipment Posted September 7, 2005 I currently use a silver umbrella with a flash for portraits. I generally, point the camera flash to the ceiling so that it does not create a shadow or a bright spots of the subject. Do you recommend that I buy an on flash micro softbox and point it on the subject to create a contrast effect with the umbrella flash? If yes, what kind do you recommend?
