We had around 15 inches of snow last week. I took this from the
kitchen window.

I had the privilege of spending nine days at Wookland Park, Colorado
recently and had the awesome opportunity to see tha many faces of
this lovely site. Hope you enjoy. I will be posting more.

Excellent catch here. What emotion. The DOF, lighting, and tones are right on.

Excellent lighting and DOF on this one.

Excellent title and darling child.

Breathtaking montage. What wonderful emotion.

Very beautiful capture. The lighting is grand.

What a closeup. I think you did a great job showing off the best part of this photo. I definitely used the wrong lens though, but I learned from it so that is good. He sure is a furry thing! Thanks for taking the time. I'm gonna get more serious about my macro work. Regards, Bridgette

Thanks for the fix on this Luna Moth. I hate that the DOF was so shallow. I used an extension tube to get the macro but it really didn't work out well. I have seen some photos here by Peter Mlakar taken with a Raynox M-250 lens on his E500 that are great. Thinking of getting me one. Thanks again.

Very nice composition and crop. Love the DOF. The saturaion could be boosted a bit (IMHO, just could be my moniter though). Any way here it is played with in PS. I darkened it some, sharpened the eyes, and did a little cleanup on the face. Hope you don't mind or think it too much.
