If you don't mind, my images are gone as well. Curious website, still paying for total worthless crap

Excellent comments, Jack. Just because PN2.0-2 is flashier and has better displays doesn't mean it's as workable for subscribers & members as PN1.
Jack, you are totally right it is a nuisance rto comment in this new version. I have stopped doing it

Here I am again, This week I removed one image from my list, now I don't have any image anymore. It would be nice if someone was able to get them back

Long long time ago in a galaxy far far away. There was a Photo web site that was reasonable manageable . If someone commented my image there was a decent way to say thank you. Today I have to comment my own image to say something and hoping that the commenting person reads it or at least knows I have written something. Anybody out there knows the solution I do not see?I do not mind being stupid! But I am afraid photo.net became a game that nobody can finish.

Still another simple feature I am missing. Sometimes one wants to reply to a comment. Can't find a simple and effective way. So I comment my own images. But this is
not effective and how knows my commentator that I have answered him (or her)??????

Here I am again with a very silly though annoying problem. Every time I remove an image the machine prompt with the message image removed . The next morning it is back. I have tried 10 times ( to be sure)And it comes back like a dog that is following his master. Anyone out there having a decent idea????

You need to click on the image title instead of the image itself to access the comments and other info
Thank you for taking the time and being so kind to tell me this. I am afraid I will never get used to Photo.net anymore.

Is there any possibility to read given comments to my images?

I recognize this problem, it is very annoying. Isn't there someone out there who will please, please, please solve this problem?

Amazing to see how long it takes to upload an image (1,4 mb) to my portfolio. I have finished my attempts. Where are my images? I only see a lot of empty fields. And how long will it take for photo.net to digest the fact that I live in Europe and not in America? I have changed this item a couple of times. But every time i check this it has been restored to America. There is of course a slight chance that I am not aware of the fact that I actual live in the USA. However, generally spoken I am not happy with the new design of photo.net

For God sake can anyone remove all the annoying advertisements. It is a hard time seeking the new images of our members between all the rubbish ?

Jack, I agree totally to your comment. I am always pleased to read your comments (and of course all the other members of photo net) I keep on struggling with the rather Neanderthalic way Photo.net is constructed. i am 70 years of age so I understand my possibilities to embrace new developments are diminishing. So take my comment as possible due to my shrinking intelligence. After working in a hospital in software development I still feel this software as being sloppy. Lots of knobs and things to push and to play with. I still cannot find a proper way to answer any comment in a decent and sensitive way. May be Photo net want us to sent a personal email to the member in question? Sure I will, I am a grateful human being and want to express my appreciation to those who take the time to write any comment. Or those who like my images.
And why???? did you left the good working system of the older days? Never ever looked at the other websites (how do my neighbors arrange such simple things) Take a look at Flicker for instance.
You know dear Photo net, a website like yours has to be based on communication. Sure you offer lots of communication on lots of topics, great! But basically I want to communicate on a rather simple, constructive and rather easy way.
And yes if I am getting a low brained, I will consider ending my membership.
Kind regards,
Herman Roes
