    Little Lady

This image would be very good if you hadn't cut off part of the baby's arm and had a little more light in the eyes. Use a soft white reflector to add a little more light under the hat. Also needs some catch lights in the eyes to give them some sparkle

Really good image, it captures life beautifuly. You can see how infatuated the young man is with the girl. My only constructive comment would be to darken the highlight on the girls legs, skirt and bottom of her blouse.

Mindy nice work, the only comment I would make would be to have your clients remove bracelets before the have their session. The viewer's eyes are drawn away from the main subject to the jewelry. wedding rings and the like are ok as they show a sign of commetment. Nice lighting on the hands and feet. The fabric around the baby's head is a little hot, you may want to block some of the light to retain more detail in the future.

The hightlights are too blown out. This is a difficult shot to do. Drop you exposure to get some detail in the highlight areas and then fill in the shadows with some fill in flash or a reflector. If it is late in the afternoon gel your flash so that you don't end up with a color mismatch (late afternoon light is warm, flash is cold).

The brides expression is great but I would have the groom looking at the bride so he is relating to her.

Very nice portrait, but the lighting is a little to hot. Here is an idea for another shot, turn her body towards her left so that the light skims across the front of her but not so that she is square to the camera. Then turn her head back to the position that is in this image.

    Keep up the good work

  1. Eduard,

The lighting is a little too bright, also I would like to see a little more modeling on the face. She looks like she has a wonderful facial structure, show it off. The eyes are fantastic. Keep up the good work.

  2. A very nice portrait, good tonality and great expression. If I were to make any modification, I would crop the image a little of the bottom, so that it was not cropped at his ankle. Not good to crop at joints, maybe just above the rolled up portion of the other leg.

Here are some hints for future, have the fence running as a diagonal in the photo. Use a reflector to lighten the darker side of the image an provide some fill light.

Very nice image, I like the skin tones, pose and expression. If you were to recreate or adjust this image, be careful so her neck and shoulder don't merge with the background. That would make it a 7/7
