The lines spiral your eyes in and the colors are cool. It makes you stop and look deeper!

Very clever and well composed!

Option 2

I agree that the foreground detracts from the bold statement. What about cropping it. I have two options- see what you think. I do love the impact the lighting on their faces has. I would love it if I were them.

Does the blur work here?

The hall had a great set up for the cake!

The crop makes the pictures and gives more to the triple jump. It lets the eye notice the smoothness of the sand that is about to be destroyed! I also love the girl in the background shading her eyes. It makes it look like he's jumping that much further.

My first try at maternity portraits. Any comments would be helpful.

It may be the fold of the dress but it looks like the bride's bra is showing. I don't know how staged this was but it might have been worth the time to fix the dress. If it was shot in the moment their's not much you can do. At this point, maybe cropping it close to their heads to save the intimacy of the moment would help. Just some thoughts...

What do you think?

Aside from the less than perfect focus, what do you think of the angle?

It was taken in Florescent Fossil Beds National Park near Florescent Colorado, just outside of Colorado Springs.

I like the tight crop. It brings you into the moment. You almost feel like a bridesmaid standing there. The picture makes you lean in to see the ring. Nice catch

I like the crop. The off centeredness adds interest. Would look great matted in black!
