Yes, that's true. Tilting the back panel with any other lens will make it impossible to focus on infinity.
While wide angle lenses produce more depth of field (in front of the lens), they have less depth of focus (behind the lens), which makes this problem worse with wide angles, not better.
Don't know about the 100, sorry - I had one briefly, and it seemed fine to me.
You can get swing (with the 100 only, as above) as all four corners of the back can be moved independently. There's no shift (rise/fall) at all - correct.
Sorry this is mostly bad news!

No, I don't think so. The lenses have electrical contacts with the body, and without these being connected the shutter won't fire...
There are 40mm and 80mm extension rails available which simply screw into the front of the existing rails and get you closer. By GX-680 standards these are actually quite cheap! You might need the long bellows, too, for some lenses.
Hope this helps!

Sorry, I don't have any experience of medium format fisheye lenses, but there is at least one company that supplies adaptors for Pentacon Six mount lenses on Pentax 645 (or Mamiya 645) bodies. It's Zork, and the page is here:

Does anyone know if you can buy Beattie (or other bright) screens for the EC or EC-TL? Are the screens the same as the S2A?
I've often fancied an EC, but the screen's a bit on the dim side for me...
Thanks for any info!
Mamiya Press lens on Mamiya RB??
in Medium Format

It's almost certainly possible, but as the RB body is much thicker than a Press one (being an SLR), the lens wouldn't focus to infinity. Might work for close-ups, though. You'd need an adapter made to fit.

I don't have one of these, but my Fuji GX680 (also nominally 6x8) is 56x76mm, so it's slightly wider than the RB67's 56x67mm.
Hope this helps!
