    This is a spectacular and very promissing setting, which is a bit underused in this photo.

    Perhaps you could have waited for a change of light to give more contrast to the clouds in the background, or to bring some interesting shadows and reflections in the water.

    Also, I feel that the composition itself is a little unbalanced, you can safely crop out the right edge without loosing anything intersting; this way you can give a sense of motion to the image and focus the eye on the horizontal pattern of the boats.
