This image is a composite of two frames about half a second apart. One
had the best "birds" but the boy's face was obscured. It was made as a
lifestyle image for my client's cooking book.
The client chose not to publish this image though.

Part of a series of images for an African NGO featuring South Africa's
artists from the "struggle" era.

Simply wonderful work Rolf. Your images seem to communicate so much on so many different levels.
Just a different league altogether.

This image is from a quick location product shoot for a bottled water
manufacturer client. The category is still life or studio - but in
reality this was a quick setup inside a factory with totally natural
window light. Simple levels change and export (no artificial colour
adjustments).
Comments welcome.

Today - not early enough for great colour light so converted to sepia.

Any comments, most welcome.

Fantastic work. Looks so Photoshopesque but evidently just great photographic work. At last someone with the talent cut through all the pubic hair and show us all how it's supposed to be done.

I'd be very happy to receive some critical comments on this image.
