Thank you both for responding, and thank you, Godfrey, for your very precise answer. Just what I needed!

Has anyone used CF cards from the KM A2 on the Epson P-2000? Does the P-2000
recognize the raw (.mrw) files and display them correctly? Can it at least
upload them correctly, even if they're not viewable?
Thanks for any information ...

Hi Richard,
Your suggestions based on the assumption that I'd want to take landscape photos are spot on! I'll look into the area north of Sydney as soon as I arrive! Many thanks.

I'm spending 1 1/2 months in Australia beginning mid-July. I'll be
based in Sydney most of that time, but will spend 1 week in Perth at
beginning of August. I do landscape photography
(www.CaptureLight.com), so I'd greatly appreciate pointers for
interesting places to photograph during my stay. I will be renting
cars to get to these places on 1-3 day trips from Sydney. Thanks in
advance for your help!

Alec, that's exactly the camera I have, so you've answered my question very succinctly. Thank you!
Ake, I'm taking an extended trip (2 months) and would like to have all my film purchased up front. That makes 220 film more attractive because it halves the weight and bulk the film will occupy. In addition, 220 film reputedly has less of a film flatness problem ... but my main reason is the weight and bulk.
Thanks again!

I have been successfully using this camera with 120 film. I would
like to try 220 film, which according to an ancient manual seems
feasible. However, there doesn't seem to be anything to change on the
camera if you want to use the longer film. Is that correct? Do I just
put the 220 film in and shoot?
Any clarifications, handholding, etc, is appreciated!

KM A2 - dark circle in images
in Mirrorless Digital Cameras
Posted
I have been using a KM A2 for the past two years. Lately, I've begun to notice
a consistent dark area (a near-perfect circle) that shows up in exactly the
same spot whenever the location in question is in a light, uniform color (for
example, sky, clouds or blue water).
My question: is this a sensor defect that's grown with use? It's not a dirty
lens, since the spot never changes location.
Thanks for any help!
