Bellingham Washington. 90 miles north of Seattle. I enjoy this site. Very good learning tool. Thanks, Brian.

Daniel - good for you. I take great joy in seeing someone with so few gray hairs (I took the liberty of pulling your bio up) so excited in getting the M3. I didn't get mine untill I had less hair and most of it gray. Enjoy. Brian.

Michael - the very question I'm working thru - isn't it fun!
The one answere I find most helpful for me was from Paul Neuthaler.
It's always about the lens. I'm shooting and M3 now and figure on buying the M series (MP, M7) that feels best in my hands. Enjoy the search. Good luck, Brian.

Howard - I started this "vow of poverty" innocently enough (4yrs. ago) with a R6.2 The 50mm f/2 is one of my favorite lens. I just this spring bought an M3 with Dual Range 50. I cannot pick between one or the other. Both are totally different. Pick the body that feels best in your hand. Lenses for either are great. Good luck Brian.

Born Glasgow Scotland/ grew up Burbank California/ moved to Bellingham Washington (31yrs). Foolish man, taking up Leica after retiring from fire fighting. Began my vow of poverty with R6.2/ moved to R8 for bird photography and portraiture/ discovered M3 about 6 months ago/ now trying to figure out the next M series to buy and how to hide it from my wife (37yrs). Thanks for the question Craig.
