Very well composed shot Herman. A scene normally ignored by the ordinary!

Hi Bruce, this is one place not enough for a life time. Liked the mood and not a typical Yosemite capture.
-
Very emotional capture. Love it Bart.
-
Absolutely stunning. Loght, composition, mood and everything Bart. Love your work.
-
Love this shot. Was imagining a higher angle to create more drama and is only possible with Drones.

Dear Bart,
Thank you for visiting my site. I liked this image and cannot relate to the look and feel of this Lake I shot few years back.

Dear Victor,
Thank you for visiting my site and your comments. I have realized in the past years how effective iPhone imagescan be and admire your skills. Liked this one but not limiting to many in your album. The B&W rendering is imposing and nostalgic. Keep up the good work.

Dear Lonnie, a nice picture but a bit oversaturated in post perhaps. Also try to load larger pixels i. PDN around 2000 across to have more crispness in the images and it works. Your Images look less sharp when seen in full size considering tye gear you rae shooting like the D800.
Cheers

Wonderful Lonnie,
Could not be better.

Dear Lonnie, a great picture. Would have loved even more if you had a lonely person in the frame!
Well, it is always the case with all of us in situations like this.

Dear Laurent, Thank you for your feedback. I was inspired how intelligent the Monkeys in the wild are. They communicate extremely well with humans and are highly expressive. Glad I could capture this shot.

Thank you Ray. How could I go wrong after three visits from this vantage point? It stands corrected

Thank you Paul. It would not be possible but for the friendly Cat posing for my Four exposures without moving but curiously staring at me dodging in different angles.
Warm regards,

Dear Jack,
Thank you for your comments. I have seen tons of photos of this place in a very similar angle by various photographers, though I agree it is very tempting to do so like the Taj Mahal in India. I saw several Photo Exhibits in front of the Building and did the trick. Exposing was very tricky with the White Building shining in bright sunshine and the exhibits in shade but this is the best I could manage after some post processing.
Regards,
Ravishankar

Thank you for your views Grobman

Dear Maegli,
Thank you for your comment. The center composition in this picture in my opinion is very effective since it draws the viewers attention to this most iconic subject. I did not expect this scene and unfortunately had left behind my professional gear in the car and had to shoot with my basic PAS but this goes to prove it is not always the gear to get good pictures. I will ignore the noise.
