Was used darker (-2AE) photo to reduce brightness of the illumination.

Yes, I was using tripod and IR-remote, so shaking was excluded. Some people noted G6 have problems with sharpness. In addition I had use max. zoom. May be also autofocus was wrong. Cropped image is about 75% of original shot (framing was made in horizontal direction mainly).By the way, link to larger image can be found in "Details".

Thank You very much for your interest!

  2. With your opinion about croping i agree. I just would like some water in the frame.

The photo was taken almost in sunrise, at this time (in june-july) here already is a dawn.

Unfortunately, all ways to sharp the picture more are exhausted. Probably, some bluring was added by jpeg compression.

    Fishing...

Actually this photo was a little processed nevertheless. Levels have been corrected to make the image more contrast. The pictures made by my Canon G6 often look as if in a light haze.

The shot has been taken at the beginning of summer, in the evening about 10pm, approx one and a half hours prior to sunset.

Ian, there is one more fisherman, on left shore. :-) Truth to tell, his rod only is visible.
