You're certain it's a circular polarizing filter, and not a linear polarizing filter?

Are you certain that a Pentax MX with a 28mm lens wouldn't work for you? Lenses are plentiful, including 28mm f/2.8 and f/3.5 versions. If you haven't held one in your hand you might be surprised at how compact it is.

I've long been a fan of the Sony 6 MP CCD sensor in the D70, Pentax DS, and Epson R-D1. The OOC JPEGs on the DS look very nice to my eye, on the "neutral" setting. Keep the ISO down and you just might be pleasantly surprised at the image quality.

Also do you really want your children, if you have any, to grow up to have the same attitude as him?
I still think the kids will be okay, even if they're exposed to Mortz's opinions. I don't agree with Mortz, but I am amused by how hard he's pushing all the hipster buttons -- and the Che shirt is just too cliché.

I think it's rather odd you posted two pictures and a video of someone you so vehemently disagree with. And I think the children are still safe, even with this person's free speech floating about.

The tank appears to be an M48A2 or M48A2C Patton Tank which fits the late 1950s time frame.Actually that is the distinctive unit insignia and motto of the 11th US (Armored) Cavalry Regiment, the "Blackhorse Regiment".
They were stationed in Germany in 1957-64, before going to Vietnam in 1966
Thanks Rick, that's great information. I will contact the Blackhorse Association (blackhorse.org) and offer the images to them. The gents in the photo would be in or near their eighties by now.
