Color washed with green desaturated further to age and pull more
attention to the hound..
What's she thinking is the question? :)

Please comment on your rating and why..

This was a test shot of my new 350D.. Please comment on your rating
and why you gave it.. I'm trying to learn and improve.. Only way to do
so is to know what to improve on.

This shot almost makes my stomach turn.. Really, not as in I hate it.. When I scroll the screen..
The lines really pull you to the truck at the end, it's a nice shot of a very cramped area. The white void at the end is also unerving to me, but that's just me. Perhaps I have a phobia? :)

Nice color, bad edges.. It's hard to do a gradient background in PS or any other and have good edges. They always stick out like mad.. Also parts seem missing that should not be cut out? Nice try though..

No comments at all? Please? I'd love to hear why you think this is 3, 4, 5 or whatever in your ratings..

This was taken as a test shot with my new 350D.. Please comment on
what you think of it.

If the effect was for the light to come from the orb, it's off. The shadows on the body do not match. The main light should have been in line with where the orb was going to be, shining down on the boy.. Also the right hand in so much darkness I find rather off, but that's it..
Other than that, pretty good shot and nice work.. :)

Natural as in "painted and looks real"?
At any rate it looks great.. Not something you see every day, and does look hand painted. There is some green on the red though, intentional? Also the edges of the coin look harsh, cut out..

Nice pitcher picture... like the effect.. You don't see it often with that type of sport.. More in racing.. ;)

I thought it was a KKK thing as well until I spotted the crest on the hoods at neck level.. At any rate, hope you all like the reading info I noted...

Click here for spanishI'm sure there's better information out there. Just one that I stumbled on..

Forgive this shot if it's not so great. It's some of my early work
before I got into DSLR, but I'd still like to hear your opinions.

Question is, what is it? :p

Great shot.. Looks like the pile of.. whatever it is.. is blowing away, too..

Call me odd, I see a pregnant woman with her hands oh her stomach. Or at the very least a woman with her hands on her stomach.. I'd ask how you did it, but I'm guessing that's a secret.. ;)

Fethering a small area is a bit of a pain and doing to in a selection is possible, just don't over do it..
Really, I love the smudge tool.. If you zoom in pretty far and keep the brush small, plus the presure (25% or less) you can work out almost anything and make it look how you want it..
Long process though.. My personal fave for doing ANY selection work is the poly lasso (L).. As my freehand sucks anymore, I can work with it and cut out a circle file with no rough edges..
Another thought is the Elip Marquee tool. Hold shift while dragging and it will give you a perfact circle.. Though it's clear that yours was not, by over sizing the circle and reversing your selection you can "scoot and delete" areas around the coin..
As for the inside, I'd swear by the poly lasso... And if I was doing it, I'd cut the sections into seperate layers then use the Hue/Saturation adjustment..
Sorry for the slow reply BTW.. Work keeps me busy (not photography.. :(.. )
Hope this helps you out more with your PS work.. ;)
