I sent out my UPC code all pertaining doc to Canon for my spring 07

30D rebate, in May. No answer, I follow up last week they say no record of

receiving it

so now I have to go to future shop to get a letter stating the 30D not

returned or send them a UPC code and same doc again. Now on the box there is a

sticker above the Ori- UPC code was.

Does that count as UPC code

How did any one out there handled it

need your input. looking to buy a 24-70mm or 16-35mm lens for my 30D

which one should I look at. Canon 24-70L 2.8 or Sigma 24- 70 2.8.

Now canon L is far more better lens, yet the price difference between the

Canon and Sigma worth the purchase of L lens based on IMAGE quality.

NOW because of my 30D crop factor 16mm or 24mm. I'm just dipping into weddings

and engagements. my concern for wide angle is group shots.

help me out here please.

I was shooting a christing today on manual(M) mode/ Raw (Canon 35-135mm)

with my 30D It was working fine at the church.

At the reception

to see my f stop at M mode stop working. It was stuck at 8f. No matter how I

turned the big wheel no responce.Tried another lens Canon 50mm1.8, same

problem.But stuck at 4.0.

But when I changed the mode to Av I was able to change the f stop to what I

wanted. Went back to M mode same problem.

Checked my Lens with my backup film body no problem.

What is the problem.

30D is only a week old

problem is, is it worth the $ compared to other brands

I do a very few weddings a year and currently I"m using film. Next year I will

buy my digital 30/40 or 5d

what can my forum buddies tell me canon tamron sigma...

quality of picture at 2.8 how sharp and chrispy

Also what one should look for when buying a slide show software?
