I was tearing up some canned artichoke hearts for a salad, and this
formation appeared - i found it very intriguing, not sure why, so I
put it aside to photograph. Looks almost like a snail/squid-type
creature, or something from the sea. Any comments/critiques would be
greatly appreciated.

My first attempt at an insect macro. All comment/critiques greatly
appreciated.

Would appreciate comments in general, but especially on the
composition. Thanks so much.

This was taken early on a foggy morning. I thought the reflection was
pretty neat, and I also liked how it curves to the lower left of the
frame. But overall, I'm not sure if this works or not. Maybe you all
can tell me what you think. Much appreciated.

I like this alot. I've been photographing fruit too, so I'm especially interested in this. It would have been interesting to go in closer or to enlarge a particularly interesting section.

I've been trying to capture the beauty of Bleeding Hearts and haven't been able to do it - I decided it was "not a photogenic flower" (ha!) and then I saw this. It's wonderful - how did you do it?

It's beautiful - otherworldly. How did you do it?

Just discovering the joys of shooting macro - and what a nice time of
year to explore flowers! Would appreciate comments from the photnet
community - at the site and through email. Thanks so much.

This is a great shot! What type of camera did you use, and how was it set?

I took this photo about 4 yrs ago and have gotten many comments on
it. I have just recently started getting more into digital
photography, and so have gone back and revisited this self portrait.
Any comments from the photo.net community would be appreciated.
