Many times I feel the same, I'm not a good photographer, but mny times when I submit a photo to critique, and I know that this foto is original and something different from the rest, the ratings start perfectly, 6/6 5/5 some 7/7. and after a while comes two ou three 3/3 that ruins everything, without any comment or sugestion. I'm already get used to it, but I still care about that fact. The best would be a improved system that just allows you to rate by leaving a small comment, and only after writing some words you could give a 1/1 or 7/7 rating.

Hi!

I'm new in photography. I'm taking photos for one year. (I'm a

student, 17 years old). I like still life photos, street, macro,

portrait, mainly people.

I already tried Olympus E-10,Canon 10D and Canon 20D(I loved it!).

My problem is that I want to buy a digital equipment...something under

1000 euros (body+lense).

I'm beetween Canon 350D and Nikon D70(and mybe the new D50) and I

don't know which one is better.(they are quite similar).I've got big

hands...I think that the canons body is very very small, but I can get

used to it.The only thing that I love in Nikon is the body, big and solid.

The other problem is which lense is better to start (under 300 euros).
