I have used both a nikkor and a M42 adaptor bith 'cheap' ones I picked up from China on ebay. Both of these work great on my E-P3. I used A mode, haven't tried other modes yet. You might try different modes to see if they work with the Novaflex.

A very large concrete block resting on supports under the interstate highway. It was a counter weight for the old railway bridge featured in last week's photo. My guess is it was too big and heavy to move or breakdown, so it was left standing on steel supports. This is a 5 photo panorama stitched together in Autopano and then rendered as an HDR with CS5. You can see three of my friends wandering around in the photo to give you a sense of the scale.

A quick note about the burnt railroad bridge in my photo for this Wednesday. It has a plaque stating it was built in 1912. Crosses Buffalo Bayou very near downtown Houston. It is located directly under a huge set of highway interchanges. I am not sure why it is still there or how and when it burnt. But it still stands and looks like it will be there for a long time.

135mm f2.8 AIS (favorite)
16mm f2.8 AIS fisheye
35mm f2 AIS
105mm f4 micro AI
55mm f1.2 AI'd
These get more use than my AF lenses and all of them together cost less than the street price of the new AF-S professional level zooms

I have been using a 55mm f1.2 AI'd on my D700 with great results! Also, I like to use my 135mm f2.8 AIS. That's one of the best things about Nikon, the vast majority of their lenses do not end up becoming paperweights. It makes the transistion to digital even more fun if you can bring some of your favorite lenses along for the ride.

I'm shooting Ultra 100 in my M5 right now. One of the best highly saturated color print films out there. But not quite a fun a Ultra 50 was.
Try it while you still can.

I use an inexpesive Patagonia fanny pack for a m7, 35 cron, wallet and change. It can be strapped low and facing your back while riding.
This is what I do when riding locally. If I was traveling through Italy I would probably take a good P&S instead, look for a Yashica T4! Easy for grab shots while riding and not that big a deal if lost, stolen, or broken. Fantastic Zeiss lens.
