Bien bonito.

I was just noticing the large number of ratings given for this photo, Avner. It's a true sign of a photo's quality when it makes people stop and look, then act by giving a rating. Bravo.
Cheers from Ottawa.

It would have been a true tragedy to have passed up the opportunity to grab this shot, Avner! This scene must have been screaming at you to shoot it. Well done.

Lovely model, elegant pose. The background, though subtle, is very effective. Her white skirt, on my monitor, seems a bit bright, perhaps needs to be burned in or pre-flashed?
Great work.
Cheers from Ottawa.

Lovely contrast in tones as well as contrast between subjects, the gritty rock and the delicate flower. Well seen. Don't give up on the "argentique"!

Bustling, sombre... I can imagine the noise.

A vertical diptych... rare to get a different view of the Eiffel. Well done.

I love the blue... The perspective and the angles, the almost-abstract make the shot, but the blue is sublime.

I took a look at the ratings breakdown and, as usual, I'm astonished at how an image can receive such a wide range of ratings. I think that situation actually speaks to the quality of the image in that it stimulates the viewers to react and act through the ratings process.
Well done.

A decipherable abstract... Finding the couple in the middle puts context to the image and starts our recognition of the space. Pleasing image.

Good street! A sense of fleeting time, passing by.

Looks like here just last week; thankfully it has warmed up. Good depiction of the atmosphere.
Cheers from Ottawa.

Intense, candid. Well done.

Superb capture; the chef's expression of worried anticipation is exquisite. I think I'd crop out part of the white expanse at the bottom of the image.

OK, I can't take it any more! This kid is getting too much exposure. He's consistently out-ranking my kids' photos; it's not fair! Somebody give him a contract. Sign him up for a professional contract, then he won't be eligible for Photo.net any more. Isn't that how it works? Limits on cute should be legislated. Just stop it.
