I've used them twice and found that they have great prices but aren't the quickest. Going with the cheapest delivery option meant it took around 3 weeks for the last item of a multi-part order to arrive.
If you're not in a hurry and price is important then they seem great.
(The only other negative is that I keep finding cheap things on the special offer and clearance pages and end up buying more than I need!)

Thanks for the tips :)
I've taken the plunge and added a few thoughts here and there, trying to be constructive and positive.
I can see myself spending hours randomly browsing this site!

Hi,
I've just signed up here, and uploaded a couple of photos. Although
I've spent a while taking photos with a "creative compact" (Canon
A70), I've recently upgraded to an EOS300D.
Anyway, back to the point - I'm really keen to get some constructive
critiques and general feedback about my photos and one suggestion for
increasing the number of critiques recieved is to give critiques to
others. The trouble is, being fairly new at photography I don't really
feel like I have "the right" to critisize anyone else's images.
Should I just go ahead and post my opinions on photographs, even if I
don't have the experience or knowledge to back up my thoughts?

I'm certainly not an expert but looking through the press release the main things that would make me consider the upgrade from a 300D are:
- 2nd curtain flash
- More flexible metering modes
- The new battery grip (I really like the idea of being able to grab a pack of AAs if I'm on holiday or something)
- Faster write speeds to CF
As I've only had my 300D for about 3 months and I'm far from outgrowing it, I'm not going to rush to upgrade. I've also just recently installed the russian firmware which has given me even more things to experiment with.
