    If the goal is to show something that sort of looks like a free floating planet "holiday inn", then I guess this works. It would be better if it were shot with Hubble like clarity - its pretty unsharp from where I'm sitting. I dunno. Maybe its art.

    I guess that this photo could be good art, but it isn't an example of good panning. You weren't synched very well with the motion of the horses. If done right, the horses will actually be quite sharp. Still, the photo has elements of mystery that a sharp photo wouldn't have, so some may like it quite well.
