I am so moved by this shot. To be able to convey such emotion in a single photograph, is truly an art in my opinion. Thank you for your vision. 6/7

Try touching up in PS, lightening up the shot may help it a bit. Not a bad effort, however maybe just a little too busy. Try Cropping the shot to accentuate the skyline, all the buildings in the foreground seem to distract my eye just a bit too much.
