I am working on a photography project which will include photos of all the landmarks from around the small town in which I live, and am just trying to see which photos are better, and trying to improve my photography skills as well.

It is an Eiffel Tower that is in Paris, Tennessee.

It was built by I think Christian Brothers University in Memphis for a festival they call Memphis In May, which has a theme from different places around the world every year. The Year this was built ovbviously the theme was French. After the festival they kept the tower for a while and decided they had to get rid of it to make room for the next years props, So they donated it to our city which has the same name as the city in which the original Eiffel Tower is located...Paris.

So Yes. It is the Eiffel Tower, just not the one in Paris France, but the one in Paris, Tennessee.

Here is my second attempt at a good photo of our Eiffel Tower.

I think this one is better.
