A bit less sky, a bit more town, a tighter composition would help. Also, whatever is cutting across the lower right corner (I'm guessing a wall of some type) should not be there, very distracting. Nice exposure! Did you get a night-time shot as well? Enjoy the site!

Sorry to be blunt, but it looks like an "personals" photo from a B/D/SM magazine. Maybe if you had composed exactly straight onto the model from behind, with a neutral "Savage paper" type backround and better than camera flash lighting, you'd be onto something. -
Lovely exposure and color enhancement, but the composition is a just bit cramped and overpowering to me. I would have gone ever so slightly wider and to the left to see the near side of the bridge, I find it frustrating that it just disappears into the border. Not a bad shot at all, though. The PCH is a great ride, isn't it?
