Downtown Little Rock, AR. during the rain last night.

This Rainbow lorikeet was really getting into this orange. The

Lorikeet building was super humid and my lens just would not unfog

completely, which is why this has a soft feel to it.

It was a bright day and this guy was on the edge of a shadow from the tree behind the birds. I spot metered for his face and because the background was in the shade it was underexposed, so that is how I got the black surround.

The light was just right on this guy.

This little guy was in the monkey house at the zoo yesterday and just

looked so sad. I wanted to convey that sadness in this photo.

advantage of the cooler weather to get this shot.
