Yvonne and I have just quit, and asked Brian to give us pro-rata refunds because we've been subscribers for such a short time...about one calendar month. We are not among the (to paraphrase) few who've been making the same tired old complaints for a long time. We are new customers who are extremely discontented with a flawed system and with Brian's lack of interest in fixing it. We read that he puts much value in 'honor', so I'm hopeful that he will give us refunds. I will hit the unsubscribe button tomorrow whether or not I get an acknowledgment from Brian.

My apologies if this has been asked and answered before. I've

searched but didn't find anything specific.

 

I'm considering buying the EF300/2.8L IS USM. I have EOS1n and EOS5

bodies, and Canon's 1.4x and 2x II converters. I'm not expecting any

AF or other issues in using this lens with either of the bodies and

converters, but would like to be absolutely sure, especially in the

case of the older EOS1n. Am I right? Thanks for any replies.

If you find a travel partner, I'd suggest you consider Selinda...a quite adventurous drive from either Maun or Kasane. Not for pussycats! You'd need to check first though with www.linyanti.com to ensure a private arrival would be allowable.
