Sorry Gup, I only live 20 minutes from Charleston. Toronto is way too cold for me.
-
Robbie I wish you had let me know that you were going to be in Charleston, I would have bought you lunch.
-
I could not imagine doing anything else, or would even want to try.
-
I think useing your own name is a plus instead of a made up one, it lets people know you are willing to use your name and stand behind it.

Hi Robbie, Dolphin Quest is alot of fun,The Botanical Gardens in Paget are beautiful. Gibbs Lighthouse is a must see, as is St.Davids, and the Lighthouse Tea Room is a real treat. Crystal Caves and Fantasy cave is awesome, and a trip to the Royal Navy Dockyard is interesting. Just have fun its a beautiful place.

Sorry don't mean to take from your post Afzal. Hey Mike I am contemplating the purchase of the Sony DSC W100 too, just for a "have fun" camera, my EOS-3 does the "work" jobs, let me know how you like it or post some pics please, thanks.

Edward the "winter season" is also busy here, some brides even prefer it because our summers are so hot and humid. Even January is good weather wise here for a wedding with day temps in high 60's to low 70's.
-
Lets not forget the good old South! Thats why we moved here NO cold winters like in PA.
-
I have been in business since 1999 doing weddings and portraits, seniors, families etc. but I to am very choosy in work I accept since I do not have to rely on photography for income, I have taken several weeks off to get ready to move into a new home.

Do not forget Back up camera, back up flash, back up sync cord, lenses, cards etc. To quote David S."This is a wedding, no excuses, no second chances."

A friend of mine that lives here in SC, just called me to see if I was
interested in traveling to Atlanta to shoot a wedding on Aug 12 th 2006, its
a second marriage of my friends Aunt. I am not going to bid for this one since
we are house hunting and may find one quickly or maybe it will take time
anyway I just can't make it. Anyone here interested?? So I can send this
person your name and number? Post here or send me an e-mail. Thanks El

The Black Mamba is native to South Africa, I am sure that was just a regular black snake.

Hey Mike I forgot you asked about stands, you can always pick up a small easel at Michaels Craft stores or have a small table that holds the mat its easier to sign if its laying flat, thats how we work it. I have a small 3 legged table that I put a nice cover on and display the signature board. Sorry for all the posts, little tired had an early ceremony today.

My husband and I did Maui also, we made the trek up Haleakala, we got up at 2 am and drove our rental car up. Bring jackets and even a blanket its cold up there, but seeing that sunrise over that volcano is worth every shiver! And there are wonderful place to get pics of the valleys and the drive down is nice to you get a real nice view of Molokini. We were on Maui for 2 weeks and I shot over 50 rolls of film.<div></div>

We do on location shoots only and have 2 beautiful parks minutes from my home. If the weather is not cooperating (doesn't happen often) we set a rain date, as to time of day we prefer mornings or late afternoon, but use a number of light manipulaters in our arsonal ie reflectors, scrim's etc.<div></div>
