Nice theme.  The first thing that I notice, though, is that her lovely long hair is merging with that large rock behind her.  In general all those rocks behind her are a distraction.   She's the subject so go wide open, blur a non-distracting background.  Focus on the eyes.   Drop down lower so you aren't shooting down on her.  It will help with the background, too.  Simplify.  In this case crop off the whole left side.  Nice model, and action, and her legs and arms are in nice complementary positions and the lighting is not harsh.  You could try using a SMALL amount of flash just enough to light around her eyes and create highlights.  But don't overdo the flash if you use one.   Nice job.

Great image!  The only things I would do are straighten slightly (CCW, the reflection should always be perfectly vertical), and maybe crop in a little closer, with more room left on the left.  That way the bird is both looking and flying into the frame.
