The four door Lincoln.
-
This beautiful four door has just been purchased from lengthy and proper storage.
It sells like a Polaroid Pack Camera still in it's box.

I have to wait for the breeze to stop to get an unbroken sheet of water to
shoot through, and was happily surprised with the results.

Offered to you now, an item having to do with antiquity. A camera, built
during America's pinnacle of industrial design. It is as much fun to operate
as it is to admire.
"They don't make things like they use to", well this is how they use to.

Two examples of this design were built and produced excellent images.
3000 speed film may lack color, but are super crisp. I know there are an
array of digital camera telescopes that are in use today. This design
uses a fixed telescope, so exposure times must be below 1 second to
avoid sidereal distortion. 3000 speed FP series films from Fuji gathers
several times more light in 1 second than the human eye. The total cost,
including the 12 inch Dobsonian reflecting scope, was under $900.00.
Labor for the project was about 25 hours. A fun project all the way
around.
Anybody else using High Speed Instant for telescopic application? I will
soon be posting scanned images into the gallery, and welcome any
feedback regarding this technique.

I found nearly the same point of view as the 100 year old print on the left,
but was not happy with the road being there. As it turns out, the road
serves to show how much the natural world around it has changed hardly at
all. Proving how temporal our time here is.

This is not a photograph, but an image I created. It is meant to articulate a
popular rage with a powerful picture of the "Worst Case" scenario.
This Memorial Day should be dedicated to the Gulf of Mexico.

This Navajo structure was found on a lone dirt road across the
deserts of northern Arizona last spring. Not a soul around. Not a
sound to be heard. Only the vision of a place so unlike home.

Nicest place to stay at the end of the day on the road through the
desert south west.
