I prefer the b/w version as I am partial to b/w. Good shot.

I like the shot, but the composition hides the intimacy of the girl's face.
A tighter crop of the girl on the phone would help. There is too much distraction on the top and right side of the photo, and there is too much empty space on the bottom and to the left. Finally, the mirror line is not even which pulls away from the girl. Try rotating the photo to the right. You might even try converting to b/w.
