I really like this. Great lighting.

I just like this. Not a musician at all, but who cares?
-
All comments welcome. I was thinking of doing a series of music
related photos along the same lines. Might have more trouble with
instruments which naturally move around e.g. anything handheld.
suggestions appreciated too...

Hope you like it. The image is manipulated using the median feature
in photoshop.

I have no idea if it was possible, but I suspect this would have been a stunning shot if you had been a couple of hundred feet higher, above the cloud / mist layer. And I think you were there a few minutes too late for the perfect lighting. But nice idea. It must have been a wonderful place to watch the sun drop.

I like the shot a lot, but if i had taken it I would have compressed the gallery and placed a section of it in the area where the doorway is at the end, thereby making it twice as long and making it stretch to as far as the eye can see. I have done this and it looks cool (in my view). I'd post the other version, but I think it might be breaking the rules to adjust someone elses image and repost it. Also, I wouldn't like it if someone did this to one of mine. But if the photographer did it, that ould be fine...;) A nice shot though.

Well - OK I don't actually know him - but I did see the guy in the same place last year and wished I'd had my camera with me then. Glad SOMEBODY got the shot!! All the best

I am relatively new to portrait photography. I would much
appreciate any comments on what you would do with this shot. thanks.

Nice colours indeed. I like the combinations. Personally I would have cropped a bit tighter and lost the top fifth of the frame, it's a bit messy for my taste.
-
Let me know what you think. This is unmanipulated, apart from a
little exposure compensation in post processing. Suggestions are
welcome

Critque welcome, 'specially suggstions as to how this could have
been improved.

This is great! It would have been nice if the swan had been just a little further back, and you had allowed some space for it to be flying into on the left of the frame. But good panning - better than mine.

Top end of a 100-300 zoom. Comments very welcome

Don't know whether to pop this into nature or abstract. The wind
was blowing floating leaves to the edge of a pool, but plenty had
obviously already collected there and sunk. I thought the diagnoal
split in composition was nice - you guys can say what you think :-)

Sharpened a little in photoshop and cropped to fit the subject.

This shot is unmanipulated - and yes, I know I should have removed
the rubbish bags in the foreground...
