Nice;y captured expression. As for improvements, maybe cropping out the hand would be better, or instead of a tighter crop, maybe a slightly less tight crop that captured a little neck line, and a little more of the top of her head. In either case, crop the hand.

    A Classic

Captured this while at Disney MGM Studios in Orlando, FL recently. Not manipulated, hand-

held shot with no flash. I took the shot with this angle intentionally, and I really like the

results. Let me know what you think.

  1. With the corrections mentioned above, this makes a great shot. Without the corrections the composition, and overall on the shot are still good.. The corrections just make it that much better. I think this would be a great black and white, or slightly desaturated shot.

How's the crop on this one? It was shot through the port hole on a

jungle gym tunnel at our local park... The tunnel was yellow and gave

the photo a horrible yellow casting... So, I coverted to sepia tone.

I really like the crop on this one for some reason, but what is

    everyone's thoughts on it? Thanks!

  2. Took this today on our outing to the local children's park. Let me

know what you think? How does the angle work for this shot? I took a

lot fo photos today with varying angles, and I think that it really

improved the overall quality of each of the shots. How does it work

for this one? How's the lighting? I like the effect of the glowing

light around each person. Thoughts on improving? Suggestions for

    other things to try?

Now, thats a good portrait. If I were looking to get a portrait taken of myself, thats the way I would want it to turn out! Excellent!
