How do I remove the previous owners BYLINE from the exif file information

In the menu where do I find this

I have tried via e mail, via this means over the last week to

confirm that Photonet have received my payment to upgrade to full

membership

I also indicated a double payment, both cards were origionally

rejected but in fact payment was drawn

Could I please have some response from somebody regarding

1) Was payment received

2) Was the double payment picked up

3) When if all of above is in order will my upgrade come into effect

I double paid over the weekend because in both instances the payment was rejected, have checked my credit cards and BOTH have been debited, help please............!

so far no indication that paymment has been received or membership has been upgraded, who do I contact?
