Dear Gene! Thank you for your comment and advice. I appreciate you took the time and had a closer look at my photo. My intention was to create a very soft, glamour image. It's not a typical headshot. That's why I opted for a soft light to make the image even softer.

Thank you for your advice and critique. I appreciate it very much. I did not say this image is the strongest from my portfolio, I just did not understand, how it is possible to receive 3 ratings in such short time for this picture. I did not think the people rated it had a proper look at the image. It was impossible in two seconds. I had the same feeling with ratings of other photos, and not just mine. I also think the anonymous rating system is wrong.

There are a few people notoriously rating every image down, and not just mine. I have seen down-rated images of the highest quality.

I do not understand this. I think, maybe good idea in the future, if everyone just submits a photo for critique but do not allow ratings.

I think, everyone would have a much better understanding how people receive their images and would able to take constructive criticism with the highest respect.

I received 3 ratings in the matter of seconds for this photo. I do not think, people had time to wait until the image loaded or spent any time to look at the picture, not alone indicate why they rated my image the way they did. Please give me a reason for your rating if you rate this picture with a low mark.

Hi Tomek!

I think you did a great job with your image despite not having the latest photo editor programs. I suggest try to get an older version of Photoshop cheaper and experiment with it. You will find, it is easy to work with and you can achieve virtually anything.
