Harbor!

Great shot. The pose is a winner,

The shot is well composed and interesting. The blur factor ruins an otherwise great shot. If you can do it again!

The clever juxtaposition of the umbrellas, and the alternating colors of the newspaper boxes result in a photo well done!

Please critque this photo. I removed a foreground object in photoshop.

I shoot a lot of hockey; http://www.jpoggi.com. You have the important elements of a good shot; faces, puck, and action.
The elevation is not a problem, it gives a different perspective thats all. It takes practice and after a while you will know where to stand and when, and how to get the puck in the photo all the time, etc.. Good luck! You are off to a good start!

This is a great photograph.

The way this photo is set up, the depth of field, foreground objects, and the backround, make this a successful photograph for me. God job. It is real people, caught in time, in a real place.

I like the space to the right of the photo. It seems Ruby was distracted from her journey: A whistle, a call or another animal? Her focus beyond the frame adds to the sucess of the photo. An excellent shot!

Any comments?

This photo has all the necessary elements to qualify as excellent. The colors, composition and depth of field are right on. More importantly, without being technical, it is pleasing to the eye! Well done!

Great shot! The cropping is fine. You captured all the right things, and the essense of the sport!

This is simply a great shot. The combination of elements; the tree as a frame, light, clouds, water, land, and buildings for perspective, make this a great for framing or selling as a work of art!

This is a photo of a 12 year old boy enjoying his summer vacation.

The colors are so real, and the texture of the water beckons me to drop in a fishing line! Great shot. I am curious about your approach to cropping.
