I have found in late aug- late september are the best point altough there is alot of talk about this varying because of the abnormal weather we are geting! I have found that one of the best places to go to is scotland and if you what i could get you some exact locations but the best thing to do is travel arrond. If you do this make sure to go to places like Huntly, Inverness and John o'Groths. They are 3 places not to miss! Tell me how it goes.

Yeah i agree with that. when it comes to printers you get what you pay for! (Well at least most of the time) and its not all in the res! I agree with Godfrey its the photographer not the camera.

I am new to photography but i am slowly building up a portfolio. Many
people tell me that you need an expensive camera to get good shots! I
don't think this is nesseserily true, within limits, as i have been
using an 80 pound camara and have captured some good photos. What are
your veiws?<div>

I am in Canada at present and i have been into the rooky mountains and Vancouver! From exp i have found that digital photography works best all round! I took photos on the plane & arround canada on foot. Check them out if you want. I have to point out though that like you i am just starting of aswell in the feild of photography!
