I also upgraded from the 10D. It is like night and day. The difference in image quality is amazing. I don't know if I would have upgraded if I owned the 30D (30D IQ is already great). I was going to get the Mark III but cost and ongoing autofocus problems scared me off. This is a great compromise for now.
I have used the 20D and 30D, and this body feels better to me. The 3" screen is great. Live View is a nice feature, although I don't use it much. The burst speed is amazing (downside is I take too many pictures now). This camera feels good, sounds good, and produces amazing results! I am totally satified - for now ;)
