Hi Doug.. I used natural light from the windows and I used two umbrellas and ex580 flashes.. one behind her and one infront.. :)

i think its great, im not sure how it would look if u removed the hair, my guess is you get the feeling she has no hair if u do, so I say leave it, it is the eyes that attract me anyways! well done!
