so I hope for 'temporarily'

I own mine for 6 months now, the decision to buy it wasn't a reasonable one but a quick-emotional one. As I didn't take photographs for more than 10 years I was happy about the manual controls allowing me to think about the basics. The picture-quality is REALLY good if you respect what the camera cannot do: Macro, high-end landscapes, night-shots, auto-focus on fast-moving subjects, IR (if you mind), zoom ending at "90mm". I use the (huge) LCD exclusively, don't like the viewfinder. The built-in flash with the "indirect" option is maybe the only usable around. To sum it up: I don't regret, can't imagine to give it away, when my budget has recovered I'll think about getting a DSLR as a "big brother"

that would be interesting, indeed. Maybe something is coming up, I noticed that the camera-model is written now directly below the picture, like that you see it much easier than going through "details"...

I found you because you wrote some interesting comments and was sad not seeing any photographys from you at your page. So I followed some threads and I agree fully with you, that ratings become too high, especially for some people. So here is my invitation to visit my photos as I'm curious about your opinion, comments, rating (and if my "average" is sinking afterwards I won't mind!).
