doesnt seem to work aesthetically, seems too heavy and unbalanced towards the right of the image. perhaps cropping would help.

wondering what you think of cropping about a third of the top off

something about the meat and the baby together is ... disturbing --- compelling picture, the reds versus yellows --- sort of like looking at a Francis Bacon

great moment capture -- have seen this image before many times but never commented --- thought it looked busy, and that perhaps cropping out the signs on left might work better; then read the other comments and saw others thought the same. With cropping I feel makes the image much stronger, brings the two critical elements in the story out and clearer in relation to each other

very interesting and well done -- hard to tell it's a back, which is good --- could be anything, a handtool, a saber-toothed mask.... only thing that troubles is the lighting and reflection on middle/top of back
