The key to this compelling image is the mystery created by the covered face. You took a unique approach and got a truly unique photo. Great photos are born through the shedding of convention.

The leisurely poses and surrealistic lighting make this image quite captivating. Sometime it might be interesting to try draping large pieces of fabric losely over the backdrop and chair and applying just a very low level of light to the them to create a hint of interest in the shadows. This is a tremendous image!

This image really demands some attention. Your eye travels over it uncovering details until it finally all makes sense. The surrealist secondary landscape that the mesh creates is a great effect.

This image is a light painting taken with a macro lens. A small flashlight with a fiber-optic

nozzle was used to illuminate the objects. Cling wrap was selectively placed on the

camera's filter to blur the image and few key areas were left undistorted.

The horse is a 1/160th model for use with miniature trains. It took about 12 to 15

attempts to get the contrast and focal points to look just right. No filters or photoshop

processes were run on the final image.

Hello. I recently took a couple of interesting light-paintings. Please take a look when you

    have a moment.

    Thanks,

    James
