Copyright in PhotoNet Site Help Posted October 19, 2004 This question has probably been answered before but I would still like confirmation of your views. Andreas Fischer recently posted an excellent photo of a bottle of Coca Cola with a full glass of coke bedside it which raises the issue of copyright. Where do we stand when posting photographs of well known (and not so well known) images containing established brand names? Are we liable for prosecution?
