Please, feel free to rate and/or critique. I would like to know if the
colors look too irreal or are just fine for a concert pic with the
typical tricky illumination, and also if it looks too postprocessed...

I gave you a 4 in aesthetics due to an error... I wanted to give you a higher note!
About the pic, while I think that the idea and execution are very, very good, I would have searched another composition; the main elements are too centered IMHO. Also, when doing B&W work, leave the color/B&W conversion for postprocessing; you have a lot more control using PS than with the in-camera conversor... the "channel mixer" option is superb for this kind of things!
