1.
Hey guys,

I have Super Speed Graphic Camera and I find the focus scale located on the top really annoying and useless. Does anyone know how to remove this? I don't see any screws or anything, is it just snapped into place? I would like to remove it and cover it up with new piece of leatherette. any help will be appreciated. thank you!

 2.
Thank you for your help guys. I didnt think the camera needed film to advance because a friend of mind has the C model and that does not need film to advance.but what do you know..
I loaded film and the camera fires accurately at all speeds. now i just need a dark slide. thank you for all your help!

Maybe i dont have a s2a, the serial number is: 625XX. any clue?
this camera is a real clunker.

 3.
hello all,
I just aquired a bronica s2a. i cant get the shutter to fire? I am unfamiliar with these cameras or even know how they work. the camera is missing a dark slide, because when i pull out the insert i just see the curtain. when i wind the film advance lever it winds on forever w/ no clicks. do i need film to operate the camera? i dont know whats going on with it. does any one know how to troubleshoot this? thank you.

 4.
hello all,

Iv been trying to play around with some of my old m42 Takumar lenses on my 5D2. i have an m42-eos adapter w/ the focus conformation that i purchased from ebay. when my 50mm 1.4 super takumar lens is focused at infinity the mirror of the lens seems to get caught up with the rear element of the lens. Is this a bad thing for the camera? has anyone else experienced this? I dont know if its a bad adapter or not, theres so many to choose from. where do you guys get your adapters? is there a specific brand? or is it that the 50mm takumar is not compatible with the 5d2. thanks!

 5.
thank you for all your answers. i have a bunch of modern lenses to play with, but lateley i have been using a speed graphic with a dallmeyer pentac 2.7, shooting b/w. its really fun, getting some interesting results. now im trying to get my hands on more vintage glass.

i just bought a Carl Meyer Speed 6in f/2.9 lens in barrel, does anyone know anything about it?

 6.
hello all,

quick question. i havent picked up an rb67 or rx67 in years! does the body require to have a lens mounted for the shutter to fire? these cameras sell for peanuts now. I wanted to experiment with vintage brass barrel lenses, and i was thinking i could modify a mounting system on an RB or RZ. would it work on this camera? which camera would be best? thanks!

 7.
hello all.
im looking for a High image quality compact digital camera. it does not have to be the latest camera out there or has to be packed with the best features. i just want the best image quality possible from a compact. i already have a 5D mkII and and DP2, so im looing for somehting to fit in the shirt pocket. any thoughts? thanks!

 8.
i have a 300mm ef canon for my digital camera. of course digital is the logical approach, but its something i really want to capture on film and make some really nice silver prints from, that deflating. well what type of telescope shoul i look for? i know nothing about them. will the telescope cover 4x5?

 9.
hello all,
I want to make an image of the moon on 4x5. i would like to get the mooon at least 2-3 inches big on the 4x5 negative. I have a linhof master tech w/ a 300 f/9 nikkor, but i dont think its long enough. im thinking i need about 2 monorail cameras w/ a really really long lens. any suggestions on what lens or camera set up?
i was going to shoot it all in b/w but now im thinking of exposing a few sheets of color. do i need filters for color film?

thanks a bunch!
