Hi Juergen, keep to shoot your own way and don't listen what other peole are trying to say about what other people want to see? For me your photo is great the way it is. Also grat work in Photoshop ( nowdays darkroom ). Start to shoot on middle or large format and sell

Hi Michele, great to see you on photo.net and looking forward to see you in Prague. I'm also very happy that faces of police and soldiers change a lot after the revolution in my country. Great bw picture. Not many Italian photographers were able to work that time in Prague like you.

I get to that old Armenian cemetery placed far on hight plateau after
a long trip. I took this shot just before the sunset. It remainds me
a scene frome a science fiction moovie. Like after end of the world.

Nice photo, but too big. In 800x600 will work better for most of us. Jan

I was driving many times round on my way to Moravia, but allways
something make it unpossible to stop and shoot that tree (time,
familly and so on u know what I mean). This time, when I saw the
lighting and so perfect clouds I could not resist. Shooted with
Distagon 40 + polariser on Ilford Delta 100. Printed on Ilfobrom
Gallerie paper and scanned. From the time that my friend Lubos rented
me his Hassy I see the world square :-)

I can easyly imagine this shot as a Guide book title. Photoshop, polarizer filter or gobo(as Jerome P wrote) could remove this reflection. Great job. Jan

Trees covered by ivy. I took this picture on a walk in old Jewish

The main difference from many others is SEPHIA toning and that the model (seems to live in his own world) and don't look to the photographer. Very nice shot. I would like to see more of this series :-) Jan

I'm living in Prague and I remember very well this global campaign. You really belive in Czech police and Government brutality agains protesters. Don't keep to be badly informed. We don't have comunist regime here anymore. Who set up a fire on cars, who throw stones and injured many policemen? Who was breaking windows and ataking Prague citizens. Those anarchist made our life unconfortible.I only hope that you was not part of that. Jan

Great picture. Maybe others are writing that is not very unique or clasical shot. Complain about Velvia (don't know why)I think it's great film. Like you wrote it's all personal photographer choice. Big BRAVO for defending your picture. Jan

Excellent photo, great composition and colours on the cliff. I like the breaking wave it makes this poster more dynamic. Fantastic place for taking pictures but not for swimming :-) Jan
