The Agfa Records used the same body as the Billy Record. The main difference was in the viewfinder. Couple of examples included. Far as I know the Agfa Record III is called that and not Agfa record III Billy. Photos enclosed. Hope this clears it.<div></div>

I believe the Perkeo I takes 32mm slip on filters, and the Bessa I takes 37mm slip on as well. You can verify with www.certo6.com (Jurgen Kreckel). He is a folder specialist and may even have the items available for immediate sale. Good luck!

Outstanding color and atmosphere.

The best lens is the one used with competence and sensitivity. It resides in the mind and heart of the photographer. $10,000 worth of Leitz can yield a pile of crapola, and a cheapo Diana used with intelligence can yield a masterpiece. How many angels can dance on an air bubble of a Tessar? Who cares?

Belated thanks to Dan Fromm and Andrew Yue for their information. I have the 35mm Kontur and will use it confidently with my 6X9 Agfa Record III.

Andrew: How close is the 5cm to the 6X9 format? How much more do you cmpensate? I have an Agfa Record III and a Voigtlander Kontur for 35mm. I am still hunting for a 6X9 Kontur, but if the 35mm Kontur for 50mm lenses is close enough for government work, I will try using it.Thanks!

Actually Marflex is no more as of 1/1/05. Krimar has taken over all the Classic Rolleiflex operations from them. Krikor is now in charge.

I highly recommend Krikor Maralian, owner of Krimar Photo Shop. I have known him for twenty one years as a friend and a customer. His is an authorized Rollei repair facility of classic models like yours and has a very quick turnaround. He will also give a six month guarantee on his work.
