I took this on a dark, windy at the top of a mountain that overlooks

the city. Due to my lack of having the flash for my Canon AE-1 Program

on me, I decided to set my shutter speed to 1000 and open the

aperature all the way. Then waited patiently and tried to catch when

the next bolt of lightening would strike down. Luckily my timing was

right with this shot and I was able to catch it at an angle at which

it appeared to come out of the subject's arm.

What do you think? I made the subjects purposely not identifiable

because this is part of a gender studies topic oing. The girls look

like guys kissing, and it proves society's stereotypical view of

gedner and its confusion.

What do you think of this photograph? Does it have a James Dean

portrait sort of look?

This is a photograph of a girl dressed up to look like a boy. I did

this to show how society has such an influence on gender roles that

when people break them they are seen as "confused" or simply "not

normal".
